Our take
I bought this firm foam for a couch cushion replacement, and it's been great. The 46 ILD is firm but not too hard – I find it comfortable for sitting. The 4-inch thickness is standard and fits my sofa well. Cutting was manageable with a sharp knife. I like that it's CertiPUR-US certified and made in USA. However, the density is 1.50 lb, which is slightly lower than some premium foams, so it may not hold up as long over heavy use. But for the price, it's a good value. Solid buy.
